Welcome to our luxurious townhome nestled perfectly between Park City and Heber City, UT! We are less than 10 minutes to Park City, in a new, quiet subdivision. You’ll love your daily adventures in Park City and then coming home here to relax. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and 3 levels of living space, our townhome is perfect for your family, your family groups, women's group, men's groups and couple’s groups

Neighborhood overview
The townhome is located in a new development called Wasatch Springs. We're 6 miles or about 10 minutes from Park City Main Street. There is a paved bike path right out the front door that takes you either on a scenic ride around Jordanelle Reservoir or 15 minutes in the other direction and your in Park City.
There is a cute little kids playground centrally located on the property and near the unit.
Getting around
40 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown SLC on I-80 East.
A short 10 minute drive to ALL the Park City area ski resorts, avoiding main street traffic.
Just 10 minutes to Heber City Main Street.
Just 5 minutes on the Jordanelle Parkway to the marina.
Only 10 minutes to Kamas, the gateway to the Uinta Mountains.
There is a bike trail across the street that will take you on a scenic ride around Jordanelle Reservoir, or take a 15 minute bike ride into Park City for restaurants and shopping.
